To see the detail page of a specific tree, click on the image in the left bar.

The Tree Detail page displays all the information on the tree, work history and any notes made by the arborist, contractor or manager (an asterisk indicates that notes are present). Information can be edited or added by clicking on the “edit” button at the top of the page.

To add/edit a work recommendations:
1. After clicking “edit”, click on the row you wish to edit. This should highlight the row.
2. Click on the “pen” icon to edit the selected row. If you want to add a row, click on the “+” icon.

3. Select the desired fields by using the pull down menus. When finished, click “submit” then close the box by clicking on the “x” in the top right.
4. Go to Hazard Notes or General Notes if you need to add/edit notes.
5. Click “save” when done.

If you’ve ever played around with Google Maps before, then you will have no problem navigating ours.
1. You can use the controls in the upper left corner of the screen to navigate right, left, up and down and zoom in/out

OR
you can double click on the area of interest to zoom in, and click and hold the mouse to move the map.
2. Click on any tree icon on the map to see the tree’s photo and information (more information is on the Tree Detail Page)


On the left side of the map is a list the trees on your property, showing 10 at a time. The yellow trees in the map correspond to the list on the left.

On the main properties page, you can filter information by using the pull down menus at the top of the page.

You can filter by one field, or multiple fields. The default shows all selections in all fields:
Years – Want to know what tree work is to be done in 2012? Use this field to filter your search
Ratings – These are the Arborist ratings for the tree’s health. See what trees on your property are in excellent condition!
Species – This pull down menu only shows the tree species on your property. Need to find all your oaks? Use this filter.
Treatment Types – Narrow your search to the exact treatment that was recommended. How many trees need to be removed? Click and see.
Remember to click on the green “go” button once you’ve defined your search criteria.
